Before the first appointment
The wait for an evaluation is long. Getting ready doesn’t have to be.
Jump Start Autism helps you gather your child’s story — milestones, daily life, the things only you know — and organizes it into a clear, complete record your child’s evaluation team can use from the first minute of the appointment.
What the evaluation team receives
A professionally organized, comprehensive history that saves the family and clinician time during the initial evaluation.
Jump Start Autism organizes information. It does not diagnose, screen, score, or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified clinician.
What will happen
Jump Start Autism is not open to families yet. When it is, this is how the process will work.
Your clinic will invite you
When your child’s evaluation clinic refers you, you’ll get a private link to begin. There is nothing to sign up for before then.
You’ll tell your child’s story once
Guided questions at home, at your own pace — early development, daily life, strengths, concerns. You can stop and come back.
You’ll arrive with it already organized
You review every word and confirm it is accurate. Then you bring a complete, organized history to the appointment.
You stay the expert on your child. Nothing here labels, rates, or decides anything about them.
Be the first to know when we open
We’ll email you once, when families can start. No newsletter.
For referring clinics
Run an evaluation clinic?
The report arranges what a family shares into a consistent structure, confirmed by the parent before anyone else reads it. Interpretation, conclusions, and the evaluation itself remain entirely yours.
We’re talking with a small number of clinics before we open. If intake is consuming your first appointment, we’d like to hear how it works today.
Talk with us about intake at your clinic
Tell us a little about your evaluation process and we'll be in touch.
Please do not include medical or health information about yourself or your child in this form.
